Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Devon Windsor pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 21 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are firmly attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
